EasYgen-320

The easYgen-320 offers automatic engine starting, stopping, metering, and generator protection (the easYgen-350 adds AMF, and transfer switching). The easYgen-300 series is designed for isolated operation. The multi purpose 6digit 7segment LED offers the ability to display measured values and alarm messages. The CAN bus option adds the ability to display messages from an engine ECU. Isolated J1939 CAN bus permits long distance networks for selected ECU manufacturers. Our sales department can provide information regarding the selected ECU manufacturers.

EasYgen-1000 Series

The easYgen-1000 Series generator set controllers provide the following functions:

  • Gen-set control
  • Engine and generator protection
  • Engine data measurement - including oil pressure and temperature, coolant temperature, battery voltage, speed, service hours, etc.
  • Generator data measurement - including voltage, current, power, kVAr, kW, kWh, etc.
  • Engine crank sequencing
  • Alarm display with circuit breaker trip and engine shutdown
  • AMF (automatic mains failure) standby genset control, with automatic engine start on a mains failure detection, with open transition breaker control
  • CAN bus communications to engine controllers and plant management system

GCP - 20 Series

The GCP-20 Series genset control is designed to provide total control for stand-alone and multiple unit applications in isolated or mains parallel operation. There are three GCP-20 Series Packages available for various genset applications. The GCP-20 is designed for stand-by gensets. Open or closed transition power transfers including logic for two circuit breakers.

The GCP-21 is designed for continuous parallel operation and has control logic for one circuit breaker. The GCP-22 has control logic for two circuit breakers that enable automatic power transfers like open transition, closed transition and soft loading. Load management features include automatic base/peak shaving, import/export control and emergency power/back up power generation.

GCP - 30 Series

The GCP-30 Series genset control is designed to provide total control for medium sized to large applications with multiple gensets. A network of the compact, versatile GPC-30 controls is capable of controlling up to 14 gensets with automatic sequencing. Load management features include automatic base loading/peak shaving, import/export control and emergency power/back up power generation.

The GCP-31 has logic for one circuit breaker and the GCP-32 has logic for two circuit breakers including
open/closed transition. Fully integrated communication to engine ECUs including [via CAN bus] standard SAE J1939, Deutz EMR, Scania S6, MTU MDEC; [via RS232] Caterpillar CCM to EMCP-II, and ECM.

EGCP-2

The EGCP-2 is a complete Microprocessor-based Engine Generator Control and management Package. It is designed for use with an automatic voltage regulator and a speed control to automate and protect diesel or gas engine based generator sets.

Designed for up to 30 000 kW generator sets, the EGCP-2 can be configured to operate stand-alone or utility paralleled.

MFR -13

The MFR 1 Series is a family of industrial grade protective relays that offer multiple protective features in a single package. Using digital processing to measure true RMS values enables the control to have a high measuring accuracy that is insensitive to harmonics, transients or disturbing pulses.
The MFR 13 model is a complete generator protection unit packaged into one compact device. Typical applications are generators and switchgear equipment that require independent protection architecture. Different packages offer additional functionality. The MFR 13/GP is for generator protection use while the MFR 13/GPX adds synch-check functionality for one breaker. A MOD bus RTU Slave interface for communication is added for the MFR 13/GPX-I package. The compact size and multiple functions of the MFR 13 help to simplify switchgear design. The digital display offers a user friendly interface to set-up the unit as well as monitor the operation and display any of the alarms.

MFR - 2

Based on micro-controller technology, Woodward's MFR 2 Multi Function Relay incorporates functions and features for multiple applications (e.g. gensets, hydropower, etc.) in isolated or parallel utility operation. The MFR 2 is designed for generators and switchgear equipment that require independent protection.

The ability for the MFR 2 to quickly decouple from the mains when working in parallel with the mains gives complete generator protection for frequency, voltage, and real and re-active power control allowing load/var sharing between as many as eight units.

SPM–D

The SPM–D is a microprocessor-based synchronizer designed for use on one or three-phase AC generators equipped with Woodward or other compatible speed controls and automatic voltage regulators.

The SPM–D synchronizer provides automatic frequency, phase and voltage matching using either analog- or discrete output bias signals. It combines synchronizing for one circuit breaker, optionally load & power factor control or isochronous load sharing and generator protection.

SPM-D features are
